If you arrive home and you are not completely satisfied with your clean, just contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we will dispatch a cleaning technician to fix whatever was missed or not done to your satisfaction

When we receive feedback, we will always make note of it in your client profile which is accessible to the technician scheduled for your home. This makes it simple to pass on information about your likes and dislikes so that we don't make the same mistake again
